An hour showing you how to change the text and add a page yourself, recorded so you can watch it again.

Most of what agencies sell is reassurance: a deck, a process with names for each phase, a meeting about the meeting. What clients actually want is for somebody good to do the work and to tell them the truth about it.
So we keep the work small and the talking short. You get the people who do it, not a team you meet once at the pitch.

- A fixed price for the work, given after one conversation about what you need.
- How long does it take?
- Told before we start, with the dates we need things from you marked on it.
- Do we own what you make?
- Yes. Domain, hosting and accounts in your name, and files and source handed over at the end.
- Can we update it ourselves?
- Yes, and we will show you how. If you would rather not, we will do it and tell you what it costs first.
- What if we do not like it?
- There are review points built in, so you see it early and often rather than at the end.
- Can you work with our existing team?
- Yes, and with whatever they have already built.
