The rails, the window, and what has just come in.

Everything here was picked one piece at a time, which means there is less of it and more reason for each thing to be on the rail.

We would rather you left with one thing you will wear for years than three you will not. It is better for you, and it is why you come back.

Bought here or elsewhere, we can usually make it fit.

Wear the shoes you will wear with it, if it is trousers or a dress.

We pin it on you
Hem, waist, sleeves — and show you in the mirror what it will look like.
Step 3
We say when
A date for collection before you leave, and the price with it.
Step 4
Try it on
And if it is not right, we fix it.

Can I try things on?

Of course, and take your time. Ask for another size rather than struggling behind the curtain.

Do you do alterations?

Yes, arranged here. Hems and taking in are usually back within the week, and we will price it before you agree.

I am between sizes. What do I do?

Take the one that fits the broadest part of you and have the rest altered. That is what alterations are for.

Can you order my size?

Often. Ask and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible and when it would arrive.

Can I return something?

Bring it back unworn with the receipt and we will exchange it or refund it.

Can you keep something for me?

For a day, yes. Ring and ask and it will be behind the counter.
