Our barbers
Photo: RDNE Stock project / PexelsThe shopAn old trade, done well
Clippers, scissors, a razor and a mirror. What makes a barber worth going back to is that the cut is the same every time, and that somebody tells you honestly when it is time to try something else.
There is football on, there is always a conversation, and nobody is rushed out of the chair.
Your visit
Walk in or book ahead; either way it goes like this.
- Step 01
Take a seat
Walk-ins wait their turn, bookings go straight to the chair.
- Step 02
Say what you want
A grade, a photo, or just how short — and we tell you if it will work with your hair.
- Step 03
The cut
Faded, tapered or scissor cut, finished with a line-up and a hot towel on the neck.
- Step 04
Book the next one
If you want to keep it sharp, we suggest when.
Before you come in
- Walk in or book
Quiet in the mornings, busy after four. Book if you are on a schedule.
- Half an hour
Long enough to do it properly, short enough to fit in a lunch break.
- The same barber
Ask for whoever cut it last time and it will look the same again.
- Children welcome
Quiet mornings suit them best, and nobody minds a wriggler.
For a wedding or an interview
Come two or three days before rather than the morning of — a cut settles after a day, and you will look like yourself rather than like you have just been to the barber.
For a wedding party, ring and we will put aside a morning.
