The salonUnhurried treatments, in a quiet room

An hour here should feel like an hour off. The room is quiet, the phone is away, and nothing is rushed to fit another client in.

Skin changes with the season, with age and with what is going on in your life. We work with what yours is doing now rather than what a leaflet says it should be.

    A few questions

Your skin, anything it reacts to, and what you would like to change.

    A look at your skin

Up close and in good light, before we suggest anything.

  3. Step 03

    The treatment

Explained as we go, and stopped whenever you want.

  4. Step 04

    What to do at home

A short routine, written down, with nothing you have to buy here.

What we promise

Questions people ask

What should I book first?

A consultation. It takes half an hour, and you leave knowing what would help and what it costs.

Do I need a patch test?

For tinting and some treatments, yes, a couple of days before. We will tell you when you book.

How many treatments will I need?

For a course, usually several a few weeks apart, and we will say so before you start rather than after the first one.

Can I come if my skin is bad at the moment?

That is exactly when to come. Bring anything you are using and we will work around it.

Will it hurt?

Waxing stings for a second. A peel tingles. Everything else should be comfortable — tell us if it is not.

Do I have to buy products?

No. If something would genuinely help we will say so, once.
