The same person
Not a different face every week. You will know who is coming.
A list you set
What matters to you, written down, and changed whenever you like.
Keys kept properly
Labelled without your address, held securely, returned whenever you ask.
Told if something breaks
We tell you the same day. Things break; hiding it is the problem.
What we do
Weekly or fortnightly
The regular clean, the same day and the same person.
Deep clean
Once, properly: inside cupboards, behind appliances, skirting, doors and the tops of everything.
End of tenancy
Done to the standard that gets deposits back, with the oven and the inside of the windows included.
After building work
Fine dust from everywhere, twice, because it comes back the first time.
Ovens and extractors
Stripped, soaked and put back together, as a job of its own.
Limescale and bathrooms
Screens, tiles and taps descaled rather than wiped over.
Carpets and upholstery
Washed by machine and extracted, with a realistic word about which stains will lift.
Hard floors
Machined, sealed and polished, for tiles and stone that mopping stopped helping years ago.
Offices and communal areas
Early or late, so nobody works around a mop; stairs and entrances on a set round.
Windows inside
Frames, sills and glass, without streaks.
Ironing
By the hour, added to a regular clean if you want it.
One-off cleans
Before a party, after one, or when it has simply got away from you.
How it works
Set up once, then it simply happens.
- Step 1
Tell us about the place
Rooms, floors, what matters most, and how often.
- Step 2
A fixed price
Per visit, agreed before the first one, with the list of what is included.
- Step 3
The first clean
A thorough one, longer than the rest, with a checklist you can see.
- Step 4
Same day, same people
Regular visits at a time that suits you.
The businessCleaning that is the same every time
A good clean is not a deep clean once — it is the same standard every week, in the same order, so nothing quietly stops being done.
We agree the list with you at the start and go through it again after a month, because what you thought mattered and what actually matters are rarely the same thing.

Questions people ask
Do I have to be in?
No. Most people give us a key, kept labelled without an address and returned whenever you ask.
Do you bring the products?
Yes, or we will use yours if you prefer particular ones — say so and we will.
What does a regular clean include?
Whatever we agree, written down. Most lists are kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting and beds, with the bigger jobs on a rota.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us and we will come back and do that part again. We would rather know.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. Tell us a couple of days ahead and there is nothing to pay.
Do you clean ovens and windows?
Ovens yes, as a separate job. Windows inside as part of a clean; outside above the ground floor is a different trade.
Want it off your list?
Tell us the size of the place and how often, and we will tell you what it would cost.
