Our agents
The agencyNobody likes estate agents. We would like to change that
The complaints are always the same: an inflated valuation to win the business, no feedback, and silence once an offer is accepted. Each of those is a choice the agent makes, and we have made the other one.
What you get is an honest opinion of what your property will sell for, an agreed plan for how it will be marketed, and somebody who rings you back.

The steps from valuation to handing over the keys.
- 01
A valuation
We visit, look round, and give you a figure with the recent sales it is based on.
- 02
Papers checked
Title, boundaries and anything registered against the property, before it goes on the market rather than after an offer.
- 03
Photos and listing
Taken properly, written honestly, and put where buyers actually look.
- 04
Viewings and offers
We show people round, pass on every offer, and tell you what we think of each.
- 05
To completion
Deposit, contract, notary and transfer — chased until the keys change hands.
What sets us apart
- 01
A real valuation
The price the market will pay, not a flattering number to win the instruction.
- 02
Told what is happening
Feedback after every viewing, and a call when there is nothing to report.
- 03
Accompanied viewings
We show people round properly, so questions get answered on the spot.
- 04
Chased to completion
The weeks after an offer are where sales fall apart. That is where we work hardest.
Before you choose an agent
Get more than one valuation, and be careful with the highest. An agent who tells you what you want to hear wins the instruction and then spends three months asking you to reduce the price, by which time the listing has gone stale.
Ask each of them what the figure is based on, and what happens after an offer is accepted. The answers will tell you more than the percentage will.
