- How much is my property worth?
- We will tell you honestly after seeing it, with the recent sales the figure is based on.
- What do you charge?
- Told clearly before you sign anything, with the tie-in period and any extras spelled out.
- What costs are there besides your fee?
- Transfer tax, notary and registration fees, and anything outstanding on the property. We will list them before you decide, not at the signing.
- How long will it take to sell?
- It depends on the price and the market. We will give you our honest view and update it as we go.
- Do you do the viewings?
- Yes, accompanied, so buyers get their questions answered and you are not put on the spot.
- Will I hear from you?
- Yes, after every viewing and regularly in between, even when there is nothing new.
