How much is my property worth?
We will tell you honestly after seeing it, with the recent sales the figure is based on.
What do you charge?
Told clearly before you sign anything, with the tie-in period and any extras spelled out.
What costs are there besides your fee?
Transfer tax, notary and registration fees, and anything outstanding on the property. We will list them before you decide, not at the signing.
How long will it take to sell?
It depends on the price and the market. We will give you our honest view and update it as we go.
Do you do the viewings?
Yes, accompanied, so buyers get their questions answered and you are not put on the spot.
Will I hear from you?
Yes, after every viewing and regularly in between, even when there is nothing new.
