The day goes the way you imagined it
Weddings, parties and events, planned properly and run on the day — so you are a guest at your own celebration rather than the person fixing things.
What we do
Days we have run
Rooms, tables and moments from recent events, shown with everybody's permission.

Anybody can draw up a schedule. The job is what happens when the flowers arrive late, the best man is missing and the rain comes early — and doing all of it quietly enough that nobody at the party ever finds out.
So you get a plan you can read, suppliers who know exactly what they are doing, and somebody standing at the door with a clipboard who is not you.
Planning with us
From the first idea to the last guest going home.
- Step 1
Tell us the day
What it is, how many people, and the feeling you want.
- Step 2
A plan and a budget
Venue, suppliers and timings, with the costs shown line by line.
- Step 3
We book and confirm
Every supplier told what to do, where to be and when to arrive, in writing.
- Step 4
A run sheet
The order of the day, shared with everybody who has a part in it.
- Step 5
On the day
We run it, from the first delivery to the last chair stacked, so you can enjoy it.
Questions people ask
- What does it cost?
- Broken down in writing once we know the date, the numbers and what you want. No percentages of things you cannot see.
- Can you help with only part of it?
- Yes — plenty of people plan it all themselves and want somebody to run the day.
- Do we have to use your suppliers?
- No. We will work with anybody you have already booked.
- When do the deposits have to be paid?
- We will give you a schedule of what falls due and when, at the start, so nothing lands on you in the same month.
- What happens if it rains?
- There is a plan B in the plan, agreed with you in advance rather than decided in a panic.
- How far ahead should we book?
- As soon as you have a date. Good suppliers go early, especially in summer.
