The salon
The salonA room where you can say what you actually want
Most people arrive with a photograph and a worry. The photograph is useful; the worry is more useful, because it tells us what not to do.
We cut for how you will wear it the rest of the month, not for how it looks for the twenty minutes after you leave.

We talk firstThe price before we startColour done carefullyNo lectures
- 01Ten minutes about your hair, your mornings and what has gone wrong before.
- 02Told to you at the chair, including anything the colour will need.
- 03A strand test where it is needed, and honest advice about what your hair will take.
- 04You will not be told off for washing it the wrong way or buying it in a supermarket.

Come with your hair as it usually is rather than freshly washed and styled — it tells us more. Bring photographs of what you like and, if you have them, of what you did not.
If you are going somewhere important, book a week or two ahead, and ask for a trial run if it is a wedding.
