01Can I get a price first?

For anything known, yes, before you bring it. For a fault, we charge for the diagnosis and tell you the repair price before starting.

02What if you find something else?

We ring you. Nothing beyond what you agreed happens without a yes.

03My warning light came on and went off. Does that matter?

Sometimes. The code stays in the memory, so bring it in and we can read what happened even though the light is out.

04How long will it take?

Told when you book, and told again if it changes. Most servicing is the same day.

05Can I see the old parts?

Always. Ask when you drop it off and we will keep them for you.

06Do you do courtesy cars?

Ask when you book — we will tell you honestly what we can do that day.
