The studioA studio, not a conveyor belt
We take fewer pieces and give each one the time it needs. That means a wait for big work, and it means the drawing happens before the day rather than in the chair.
We will say so if an idea will not age well, will not fit where you want it, or would be better as two sessions. It is on you for life; being liked less for an hour is a fair trade.
From idea to healed
Nothing is rushed, and nothing is booked before the design is agreed.
- Step 1
Send the idea
What you want, where on the body, roughly what size, and any reference pictures.
- Step 2
A consultation
Free, half an hour, and an honest answer about what will work there and how it will age.
- Step 3
The drawing and the deposit
We draw for you and change it until it is right; a deposit holds the day and comes off the price.
- Step 4
The session
Stencil placed and checked in the mirror, then linework and shading, with breaks whenever you need them.
- Step 5
Healing
Aftercare written down, and a touch-up on our own work once it has settled.
Before you book
- 01
Talk first
Bring your idea, your placement and your budget. Nothing is booked until the design is agreed.
- 02
Drawn for you
A sketch to react to, changed until it is right, before any needle comes out.
- 03
Clean, every time
Single-use needles, everything else sterilised, and you are welcome to watch us set up.
- 04
Aftercare that works
Written down, explained, and we are here if it does not settle as it should.
On the day, and after
Eat beforehand, come sober, and wear something that gets at the area easily. Sessions are long: bring water, a snack and something to listen to.
Afterwards, follow the aftercare exactly for two weeks — no picking, no pools, no sun — because it is the difference between a tattoo that heals sharp and one that does not. If anything worries you while it settles, send us a photograph.
