Not in your size? We will find out whether it can be got, and how soon.

Kept back while you decide, and exchanged without an argument.

We would rather you left with one thing you will wear for years than three you will not. It is better for you, and it is why you come back.

Wear the shoes you will wear with it, if it is trousers or a dress.
Step 2
We pin it on you
Hem, waist, sleeves — and show you in the mirror what it will look like.
Step 3
We say when
A date for collection before you leave, and the price with it.
Step 4
Try it on
And if it is not right, we fix it.

01Can I try things on?

Of course, and take your time. Ask for another size rather than struggling behind the curtain.

02Do you do alterations?

Yes, arranged here. Hems and taking in are usually back within the week, and we will price it before you agree.

03I am between sizes. What do I do?

Take the one that fits the broadest part of you and have the rest altered. That is what alterations are for.

04Can you order my size?

Often. Ask and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible and when it would arrive.

05Can I return something?

Bring it back unworn with the receipt and we will exchange it or refund it.

06Can you keep something for me?

For a day, yes. Ring and ask and it will be behind the counter.
