What we treat
Your first session
An hour: an assessment, treatment on the day, and exercises to take home.
- Step 1
What happened
How it started, what makes it worse, and what you have stopped doing because of it.
- Step 2
The assessment
How you move, where the pain is coming from, and what is actually causing it.
- Step 3
Treatment the same session
Hands-on work and, where it helps, laser, ultrasound or shockwave.
- Step 4
Your exercises
Three or four, shown and written down. Not a stack nobody keeps up.
The practice
The treatment rooms, the gym and the equipment we use.

Most of what we see is ordinary: a back that went while lifting, a shoulder that has seized up, a knee that has never been right since an operation. None of it needs mystery — it needs a proper look, hands-on work and exercises that build the thing back up.
You will be told what we think is wrong in plain words, what we can do about it, and roughly how long it takes. If we are not the right people, we will say so and tell you who is.

Questions people ask
01Do I need a referral?
No. Come straight to us. If we think you need a scan or a specialist, we will tell you and write to your doctor.
02How many sessions will I need?
Most ordinary problems settle in four to six. You will get an honest estimate after the first assessment, and we will say so if it is not working.
03Will it hurt?
Some treatment is uncomfortable while it is happening. Nothing should leave you worse the next day — tell us and we change the approach.
04What should I wear?
Something you can move in, and that lets us see the area: shorts for a knee, a vest for a shoulder.
05Do I have to do exercises at home?
Yes, and that is the part that decides the result. We keep them to a few minutes so they actually get done.
06Can I come after an operation?
That is a large part of the work. Bring your discharge letter and any protocol the surgeon gave you.
Had enough of it hurting?
Book an assessment and leave knowing what it is and what it takes to fix.
