Who we are

Most plumbing is not complicated; the hard part for a customer is finding somebody who turns up and says what things cost. That is the business we are trying to run.
We will tell you when a repair is the sensible thing and when you are throwing money at something that needs replacing. You get the choice either way.
Your Business Name
What you get
Told what it costs
The rate before we come out, and the price before we start the work.
We turn up
A time that is an actual time, and a call if traffic makes a liar of it.
The right part
The van is stocked for the common jobs, so most are finished the same visit.
Tidy
Floors covered, old parts taken away, and the water checked before we leave.
Work we have done
Bathrooms, boilers and a few repairs that were worse than they looked.

Before winter, and before a holiday
Know where your stopcock is and check that it turns. Bleed the radiators before the heating season, and have the boiler serviced while nobody needs it rather than on the first cold morning.
Going away? Leave the heating on low rather than off, and turn the water off at the stopcock. It costs less than a burst pipe.
