Who we are
The businessRoofs, honestly assessed
A lot of roofs that get replaced did not need to be, and a lot of leaks that get patched needed more than a patch. The difference is somebody going up and looking properly before quoting.
We will tell you when a repair buys you five years and when it buys you five months, and let you choose with the facts.

Clear the gutters and look at the roof from the garden with a pair of binoculars: slipped tiles, green streaks and daylight in the loft are the three things worth ringing about.
Small repairs in September cost a fraction of what the same problem costs in February, when everybody is ringing at once.
Roofs we have done
Before, during and after — including a few of the things we found under the tiles.

Photo: HONG SON / PexelsHow a roof job goes
A roof is inspected before it is priced, and photographed before it is covered.
- Step 1
Inspection
We get up there and photograph what we find, inside the loft as well as outside.
- Step 2
Quote
The repair, or the replacement, and why — with the photographs beside it.
- Step 3
Safe site
Scaffold or access set up, the house sheeted, and the garden protected.
- Step 4
The work
Stripped, checked, recovered, and made watertight at the end of each day.
- Step 5
Sign-off
Photographed again, gutters cleared, and everything taken away.
