The day goes the way you imagined it
Weddings, parties and events, planned properly and run on the day — so you are a guest at your own celebration rather than the person fixing things.
What we take care of
- A plan in writing
- Costs broken down
- There on the day
- Your day, not ours
What we do
| Weddings | From the first conversation to the last dance, or just the parts you want help with. | |
|---|---|---|
| On-the-day coordination | You plan it, we run it, so nobody in your family is working. | |
| Finding the venue | Seen, compared and negotiated, with what is included in each written down side by side. | |
| Suppliers | Photographer, flowers, music, cake, food — found, checked, booked and kept to the plan. | |
| Music and technical | Band or DJ, sound and lighting, and somebody who knows where the power is. | |
| Styling and setup | The room dressed, lit and laid out, and cleared at the end of the night. | |
| Invitations and seating | Who is coming, who is sitting where, and the changes that arrive the week before. | |
| The running order | A schedule everybody has, so no part of the day waits on another. | |
| Parties and celebrations | Birthdays, anniversaries, christenings and the ones that need to stay a surprise. | |
| Corporate events | Conferences, openings and staff days that people do not dread. | |
| Small and intimate | Not every celebration is large, and small ones deserve the same care. |

Passed first time with Jane, and she was the only one who told me what I was actually doing wrong.

Questions people ask
What does it cost?
Broken down in writing once we know the date, the numbers and what you want. No percentages of things you cannot see.
Can you help with only part of it?
Yes — plenty of people plan it all themselves and want somebody to run the day.
Do we have to use your suppliers?
No. We will work with anybody you have already booked.
When do the deposits have to be paid?
We will give you a schedule of what falls due and when, at the start, so nothing lands on you in the same month.
What happens if it rains?
There is a plan B in the plan, agreed with you in advance rather than decided in a panic.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have a date. Good suppliers go early, especially in summer.
Have a date?
Send it and we will tell you straight away whether we are free.
Tell us about your day
Send the date, roughly how many people, where it is if you know, and what you have in mind. We will come back with what we would do and what it would cost.
