Questions people ask
01How much does it cost?
You are told at the chair, before anything begins, and again if the colour turns out to need more than we thought.
02How long will it take?
A cut is about an hour. Colour depends on what we are doing — we will tell you when you book so you can plan the day.
03Can I bring a photograph?
Please do. We will tell you honestly what your hair will do with it, and what it will take to keep.
04Do I need a test before colour?
For some colours, yes. Book it a couple of days before and it takes five minutes.
05Can you fix a colour done somewhere else?
Usually, and sometimes over more than one visit. Come in and let us look before you buy anything from a box.
06What if I do not like it?
Tell us before you leave. We would rather fix it there than have you go home unhappy.
