Accessibility statement

Timber & Grain wants everyone to be able to use this website — including people who use a screen reader, move around with a keyboard, or need larger text.

How the site is built

  • Text and background colours are checked against the contrast the WCAG 2.1 guidelines ask for (level AA).
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and each page declares its language for screen readers.
  • Anything that moves stops for visitors who have asked their device for less motion.
  • The pages are plain HTML and need no scripts, which works well with assistive technology.

What we know is not yet right

  • Some colour combinations do not yet have enough contrast.
  • Some photographs do not yet have a description.
