The practiceProper massage, in a room that lets you stop
Most people arrive with a neck and shoulders that have been at a desk for a decade, or a back that has been lifting. Some arrive with nothing wrong at all, which is just as good a reason.
We work with hands and time rather than gadgets, and we tell you what we found rather than selling you a course of ten.
Before you arrive
- 01We ask first
What hurts, what you do all day, and how much pressure you actually like.
- 02The pressure is yours
Say more or less at any point. Nobody has to prove anything.
- 03Warm and quiet
Heated bed, no talking unless you want it, no phone anywhere near you.
- 04Time to come round
The hour is yours, and so are the few minutes after it.

Where treatments happen, the wet area, and where you sit afterwards with a glass of water.
Before and after
Do not eat a heavy meal in the hour before. Tell us about injuries, operations, high blood pressure and anything you are being treated for — not because it stops us, but because it changes how we work and whether the sauna is a good idea.
Afterwards, drink water and take the rest of the day gently if you can. If you found the pressure wrong in either direction, tell us next time and we will fix it.
