Filip Dilevski, trading as Dilevski Digital
Terms of service
The agreement between you and Filip Dilevski, trading as Dilevski Digital when you use You Built It.
In force from 15 October 2026
The short version
- You build a site here and buy the finished files. The files are yours outright, for ever, and they do not stop working if we do.
- Everything you type and upload stays yours. We use it to build your site, and to check it against our rules before it goes out, and for nothing else — we do not train anything on it.
- The words and pictures we draft for you are a starting point. Check them before you publish — you are the one publishing.
- No scams, illegal goods, stolen work or hate. Every site is checked automatically before it can be bought; if the check finds something, you are shown what and where, and you settle it yourself.
- If something we did costs you money, what you can recover is capped at what you paid us. Nothing here removes rights the law gives you.
That is a summary, written to be understood rather than to be relied on. Where it and the document below disagree, the document below is the agreement.
1 · Who you are dealing with
You Built It is operated by Filip Dilevski, trading as Dilevski Digital, established in North Macedonia and not yet registered as a company. Postal address: given on request — write to the email address below. Email: support@youbuiltit.com. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", that is who they mean. Where they say "you", they mean the person or business using the service.
support@youbuiltit.com is our single point of contact — for you, and for any authority or regulator that needs to reach us, including for the purposes of the Digital Services Act. We answer in English, which is also the language of this contract.
Payments are not taken by us. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record: they are the seller for the purposes of your purchase, they charge and remit any sales tax or VAT, and their buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these. That is also why refunds are processed by them — see our refund policy.
2 · What the service is
The service has two halves, and it matters which is which. The first is a website builder you use in your browser, which is a service we run. The second is the finished website it produces, which is a set of files you buy and keep.
Building costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You pay at the point you want the files.
When you pay, we show you a download code once. Downloading your site needs that code and the account you bought it with, together — so a code on its own is no use to anyone who finds it, and neither is access to your account without it. Keep the code somewhere safe and treat it like a password.
We do not store your code. We keep only a scrambled form of it, which cannot be turned back into the code — so if you lose it, nobody here can look it up, and we are not being unhelpful when we say so. We can issue a replacement code for the site you already own. The first replacement is free; after that one costs €19 ($24), because establishing that the person asking is the person who bought it is work done by a human being. Your site itself is never at risk: we keep the archived copy described in section 14 either way.
3 · Your account
You need an account to save work. Give us an email address you control and keep access to it secure — anyone who can read your email can reach your account, because that is how signing in works.
You must be at least 16 years old, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, whichever is higher. If you are using the service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree to these terms on its behalf.
One person is responsible for each account. If several people share it, that responsibility does not divide.
4 · What you put in
Everything you type, upload or paste — your words, your logo, your photographs, your business details — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and never will.
You give us permission to store it, process it and put it on the pages we build for you, for as long as your account exists and for as long as we are required to keep a record of what we delivered. That permission exists so we can run the service and for no other purpose.
We do not sell your content, license it to anyone else, or use it to train any machine learning model — ours or anybody else's. Where a third party helps us draft your words, they are contractually barred from training on what we send them.
You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. That means: you took the photograph, or you are licensed to use it, and the people in it do not object. If somebody brings a claim against us about content you supplied, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.
5 · What we put in
The templates, the layouts, the stylesheets and the code that generates your site are ours. When you buy your site, you get a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use, modify, host and sell the files we produce for you — including commercially, and including for a client if you are building on someone else's behalf.
What you do not get is the builder itself. You may not resell access to it, copy it, or use the exported code as the basis of a competing website builder. You may not scrape it, access it by automated means, or work around its technical limits.
Photographs we supply as a starting point are stock images licensed for this use. You may keep them in your finished site. You may not extract them and sell them on as photographs.
If you send us an idea, a suggestion or a bug report, we may act on it and build it without owing you anything. That is not us taking your invention: it is so that a good suggestion is not something we have to refuse.
6 · Words and pictures we draft for you
The service can write a first draft of your site and fill it with stock photographs. Depending on how the service is configured, that draft may be produced by an artificial intelligence system, which means it may be wrong, generic, or unsuitable in ways that are not obvious. Where that is the case, the service tells you so at the point you ask for the draft.
It is a draft, and you are the publisher. Nothing generated for you is published anywhere until you have reviewed it and chosen to publish; you hold editorial responsibility for the finished site. Before it goes live, read every word and check it is true of your business — particularly anything that reads like a price, a qualification, a guarantee or an opening time. We do not warrant that drafted text is accurate, original, or fit for what you intend to do with it.
Once you edit it, it is your writing, and section 4 applies to it like anything else you typed.
7 · What you may not build
You may not use the service to build, share or host a site that:
- is unlawful where you are or where your visitors are, or helps somebody else break the law;
- is designed to deceive people into handing over passwords, card details, money or personal data, or promises returns, winnings or cures it cannot deliver;
- pretends to be another person, business, bank or public body;
- uses photographs, words, logos or brands that belong to somebody else without their permission;
- sells or advertises things you are not allowed to sell — among them weapons and ammunition, illegal drugs, prescription medicines without a prescription, counterfeit goods, and forged or stolen documents;
- offers sexual services, or shows pornography or sexual content;
- sexualises, exploits or endangers a child in any way — which we report to the authorities as well as removing;
- attacks, threatens or incites hatred or violence against people for who they are;
- offers gambling you are not licensed to offer where your visitors are.
You may not attempt to break or overload the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
You confirm you are not located in, and not acting on behalf of anyone located in, a country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, and that you are not on any applicable list of restricted or sanctioned parties. We may refuse service where the law requires it.
Before a site can be bought, and before each revision is saved, it is checked automatically for words and photographs that commonly go with the things listed above. Nobody reads your site. If the check finds something, you are shown what and where, and you settle it yourself: change the words, replace the photograph, ask for an automatic second look, or — for gambling, weapons and medicines, which a licence can make lawful — confirm that your business is licensed for it. That confirmation is your statement; we keep it on record, and you are responsible for it being true.
If a site breaks this section, we may take it offline. That stops everything we serve for it: downloads and share links, its contact form and bookings, and any hosting we run for it. We will tell you why, what would put it right, and how to ask us to look again. Where the problem is serious — a scam in progress, or anything involving a child — we act first and explain afterwards. Files you have already downloaded are yours and are not affected by anything we do; what you do with them remains your responsibility under the law.
8 · Reporting something illegal
If you believe a site made or hosted with us contains illegal content or breaks section 7, tell us on the report page at www.youbuiltit.com/report, or by email at support@youbuiltit.com. Say where it is — the exact address — what you think is wrong with it, why, and, if you would like to hear what we decided, how to reach you. If you are the rights holder or acting for them, say so. You do not need an account.
We will decide without undue delay and, if you gave us a way to reach you, tell you what we decided and why. If we act against a site, we give the person who published it the same explanation, and they may reply to us and ask us to reconsider. Decisions are made by people, not automatically. The owner of a site is never told who reported it.
This is the notice and action mechanism required of hosting providers by the Digital Services Act. We are a micro-enterprise, which exempts us from the additional obligations that Regulation places on online platforms; it does not exempt us from this one, and we would want it anyway.
Reports made in bad faith, and reports that are really commercial disputes, will be treated as what they are.
9 · Availability
The builder is a service and services have outages. We do not promise it will be available at any particular time and we do not offer a service level agreement on it. If it is down when you wanted to work, your work is still there when it comes back.
Your finished site is a different matter, and this is the point of the product. It is a folder of plain HTML with no dependency on us. If this business stopped tomorrow, every site anyone has downloaded would keep working exactly as it does today.
Two things are exceptions, because they have a running cost behind them: the contact-form service and, if you buy it, hosting. Those depend on us continuing to run them. If we ever have to stop, we will give you at least 60 days' notice and a way to take your data with you.
Hosting comes with one promise about outages. If a site we host for you cannot be reached for more than 24 hours in a row because of us or a provider we use, we add twice the time it was down to your plan, free. That is our remedy for an outage instead of a refund; it does not take away any right the law gives you. Short interruptions — under 24 hours — happen to every host and are not credited. Your files can be downloaded from your account at any time, so a site is never stuck with us.
Anything we describe as experimental, beta or a preview is exactly that. It may change, break or be withdrawn, and the promises in section 12 do not apply to it.
10 · Plans and renewals
The ongoing parts of the service — the working contact form, free changes, and hosting with your domain — come as a plan: Care, or Hosting and care. You pay for a plan once, for one, two or three years, and it ends on the date shown unless you choose to pay for more. It never renews automatically and we never charge your card for it without you asking us to.
We email you a month and a week before a plan ends, with the date and the price. Renewing costs what you first paid for that plan, for as long as you keep renewing it. If you let a plan end, Care's form stops and changes are charged one at a time; a site we host stays online for 30 days more and then goes offline. Your files, and a domain registered in your name, stay yours either way.
Some services bought before plans were introduced renew automatically until you cancel, at the price shown when you bought them. For those, we email you before each renewal with the date, the amount and any change from last time, in enough time to cancel first, and we tell you before any price change.
You can cancel from your account, at any time, in the same number of clicks it took to subscribe. You will never have to telephone us, write a letter, or sit through an offer to stay.
If a renewal fails or you cancel, the recurring part stops working. The site itself does not — the pages stay exactly as they are, minus the form. Nothing you own is taken away because a subscription lapsed.
Where we register a domain for you, it is registered in your name and you are its owner. If you leave, you take it with you.
11 · Accessibility
We are a micro-enterprise providing a service, which Article 4(5) of the European Accessibility Act exempts from its accessibility requirements outright. We build to them anyway.
Every colour combination the builder will let you save is checked against the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast standard before you can save it. Every site ships with a written report of what we checked and — just as importantly — what we could not check for you, because a page can pass every automatic test and still be unusable.
Your obligations are your own. If you sell goods or services online to consumers in the EU and you are not yourself a micro-enterprise, the European Accessibility Act has applied to you since 28 June 2025. We give you a good starting point and the evidence of it; we do not certify your site as compliant, and nobody honestly could.
12 · What we do and do not promise
We promise the files we deliver will be what the service showed you in the preview, and that we will fix it at our cost if they are not.
Beyond that, the service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will meet your requirements, that it will make your business money, that your site will rank in a search engine, or that it will be free of every defect. Nobody honestly can, and a promise of any of those would be worth nothing.
None of this affects rights you have by law that cannot be signed away. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or elsewhere with mandatory consumer protection, those rights apply in full and this section does not touch them.
13 · Liability
If we cause you loss, what you can recover from us is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused it. Where you have paid us nothing, that limit is zero.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss: lost profits, lost business, lost data you had not backed up, or damage to reputation.
We do not exclude, and could not exclude, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not permit to be limited. If you are a consumer, this section applies only so far as the law where you live allows.
You are responsible for what your site says and does once it is yours. If your published site causes somebody loss, that is between you and them.
14 · Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like, from the dashboard or by writing to us. Closing it deletes your projects and the content in them.
Sites you have already bought are not affected. You keep the files, and for 3 years we keep the archived copy of what was delivered so we can send it to you again if you lose it. After that we keep a fingerprint of it rather than the file, and can rebuild your site from the frozen record of it — telling you whether what we send is identical to the original or a newer rendering of the same site. The privacy policy explains both. Sending you the site again is not conditional on anything; issuing a replacement download code, if that is what you have lost, carries the fee named in section 2.
We may end this agreement if you break it materially and do not put it right within 14 days of being asked, or immediately in the cases described in section 7.
Sections 4, 5, 12, 13 and 18 survive the end of this agreement, along with anything else that by its nature should.
15 · Your visitors' and customers' data: processing terms
This section applies when you use the contact-form add-on, or your collecting link for customers' words, because both make us handle personal data belonging to other people rather than to you. In data protection terms you are the controller and we are your processor. These are the written terms Article 28 of the GDPR requires, and the equivalent provisions elsewhere.
| Subject matter | Receiving messages and appointment bookings sent through the contact form on your site and making them available to you, and counting page views on it where you switch that on. |
| Duration | For as long as your contact-form subscription is active, plus the retention period below. |
| Nature and purpose | Storage and transmission only. We do not analyse, profile, enrich or market to the people who write to you. |
| Types of personal data | Name, email address, the message itself; for a booking, the day and time, the service, and a telephone number and note where given; and — for abuse prevention only — the sender's IP address and browser identification. Page view counts contain no personal data. |
| Categories of data subject | People who choose to send you a message or book an appointment. |
| Customers' words, through your collecting link | |
|---|---|
| Subject matter | Receiving the words your customers write about your business through your collecting link (/w/…), showing them to you, and putting on your site the ones you approve. |
| Duration | Until you delete them or the site, whether or not you have the contact form. |
| Nature and purpose | Storage, showing them to you, and copying the approved ones onto your site exactly as written. We do not edit, analyse or market to the people who write them. |
| Types of personal data | The words, the name given, an optional place or detail, the consent agreed to with its wording and time; and — for abuse prevention only — a scrambled form of the sender's internet address. |
| Categories of data subject | Your customers who choose to write a few words about your business. |
Your customers give their consent to you. Use the link only with people who really were your customers, and show their words as they wrote them; if one asks for their words to be taken down, delete them and take them off your site, or ask us to.
We will process that data only on your documented instructions, which for this service means: receive it, store it, show it to you, and put on your site what you approve. If we are ever required by law to do something else with it, we will tell you first unless the law forbids that.
Everyone with access is bound by confidentiality. We keep appropriate technical and organisational security measures, described in the privacy policy. We use the sub-processors listed there, and we will tell you before adding one so you can object.
We will help you respond to requests from your visitors — access, correction, deletion — and help you with security incidents and impact assessments, so far as is reasonable given what we hold. Messages and bookings are deleted 24 months after they are received, or sooner if you delete them or end the subscription, unless we must keep them longer by law.
You may ask us to demonstrate that we are doing all of this, and we will provide the information you reasonably need.
16 · Changes to these terms
We may change these terms — the law changes, and so does the product. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand. If you do not accept it, you may close your account before it takes effect; anything you have already bought is unaffected either way.
Every version is dated. The date at the top of this page is the one in force.
17 · If this business changes hands or changes form
We may transfer this agreement, and the rights and obligations in it, to a successor: a company we incorporate to carry on the same business, or a buyer of it. Your terms do not change because of that, and neither does anything you have bought. We will tell you when it happens.
You may not transfer your side of the agreement without asking us, although you obviously may sell or give away a finished website you have bought — it is yours.
18 · The rest of it
The dull clauses, which matter exactly once and then matter enormously.
| If one part fails | If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is cut back only as far as needed, or removed. Everything else stays in force. |
| Not enforcing is not giving up | If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not waived it and may still enforce it later. |
| The whole agreement | These terms, the privacy and refund policies, and what you agreed at checkout are the entire agreement between us on this subject. That does not exclude liability for anything said fraudulently. |
| Which document wins | If they conflict: what you agreed at checkout, then these terms, then the policies, then anything else. |
| Nobody else can sue on it | Only you and we have rights under this agreement. No third party may enforce it. |
| Things outside anyone's control | Neither of us is in breach for a delay caused by something genuinely outside our control — an outage at a provider, a natural event, a war, a change in the law. It does not excuse paying money that is owed. |
| How notice is given | In writing, by email: to you at your account address, to us at support@youbuiltit.com. Treated as received the next working day. |
| Reading it | "Including" means "including without limitation". Headings are for finding your way around and change nothing. |
| Language | These terms are written in English. If we ever publish a translation and the two disagree, the English version governs. |
If you find a security flaw, tell us before you tell anyone else and give us a fair chance to fix it. Research done in good faith, without touching other people's data and without degrading the service, is welcome and we will not pursue you for it.
19 · Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia, and its courts have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the UK, or anywhere else whose law says otherwise, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings where you live.
Before going to court, please write to us. Most of what looks like a dispute is a misunderstanding that one email fixes. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
20 · Referral points
Your account has a referral link. When somebody new signs up through it and buys their first site, you earn one point — counted once their fourteen days to withdraw from that purchase are over, and only if they did not withdraw or get a refund.
- 8 points pay for a site you build yourself, 10 for a ready-made site, and 15 for Done for you. Points pay for the site itself: renewals, a domain above the included price and extras are paid as usual.
- The person you refer must be new to us, with an account of their own, and pay with a different payment account from yours. Referring yourself earns nothing.
- A point is good for 24 months from when it is earned. The oldest points are used first.
- Points are not money: they cannot be paid out, sold or moved to another account, and they end with your account.
- Points and a builder's partner price are never used on the same purchase.
- We may take back points earned by abuse — accounts made to refer yourself, purchases later reversed — and end the program with 30 days' notice; points already earned can still be used during those 30 days.
